This is required on every page in the upper right-hand corner, as follows:

DATE
PERIOD
ASSIGNMENT NUMBER and/or NAME

NOTEBOOK
A loose leaf notebook (Binder) is organized in sections by using dividers in the following sequence:

The syllabus is the first pages in your notebook

Divider 1 labeled “Calendars”l
Divider 2 labeled “Bell Ringers”
Divider 3 labeled “Class Notes & Lectures”
Divider 4 labeled “Tests & Quizzes”
Divider 5 labeled “Homework”
